What roles can I play?

I have spent more than 20 years in the IT industry playing various roles in all stages of the software solution lifecycle. In the Resume, just the major roles have been given.

After such a rich career I can play successfully several roles . In this menu branch you will find these roles, as the headings of the menu items.

All of them have not been mentioned for sure. Maybe you have your own idea of adding a new one.

Playing more than one role at the time

Thanks to the fact that I have worked with several companies in a small country I have always been in a position to play more than one role at the same time like many of my colleagues. E.g.:

  • I played Channel manager role for almost a year as an appointed Business operations and sales support with SAP
  • I played Solution Architect role as an appointed Head of development with Pupin Telecom
  • being a Lead solution architect with Digit meant being simultaneously Business analyst and Presales support as well

Another common thread of my career was innovative and creative leadership in all companies I have worked with. Once again, several examples:

  • when I joined Digit, the ERP module Production planning and control was just Digit's opportunity in the market. Several years later, Digit had several installations of its ERP application in some of the biggest production industries in the country.
  • when I joined DUEL, there were neither the insurance team nor development methodology of enterprise application development. Several years later, DUEL had one of the most advanced enterprise application for supporting insurance companies IS.
  • I was amongst the first three employee with the SAP. Several years later, SAP West Balkans was integrated in SAP A.G. successfully covering five countries of the West Balkans region.
